| 人的 ANGPTL4基 因定位 19p13．3，有 7个外显子 和 6个 内含 子 ，基 因 cDNA 全 长为 1943bp，开放 阅读 框 含 1218bp，编 码 406个 氨 基 酸 ，相对 分子质 量 为 45×103。NGPTL4有多种功能，包括影响糖、脂代谢及血管生成等，它在脂肪组织及肝脏中表达水平较高，其作用同ANGPTL3相似，也可以有效抑制LPL作用，抑制血浆中Apo-B、乳糜微粒、VLDL中TG的分解，抑制非酯化游离脂肪酸(nonestesterified fatty acid，NEFA)的释放，并抑制心脏、骨骼肌、脂肪组织对脂蛋白摄取，降低血浆中脂肪蛋白清除率，导致高脂血症的发生。 | |
