TREM2是免疫球蛋白超家族的单次跨膜受体，主要表达于巨噬细胞、未成熟单核细胞 衍生的树突状细胞、破骨细胞和小胶质细胞上。TREM2 包含免疫球蛋白 V 型结构的胞外 域、跨膜域和没有信号传导基序的短胞内结构域。它通过 DNAX 激活蛋白 10 和 12 （DAP10 和 DAP12）发出信号。单个 TREM2 分子可以同时与 DAP10 和 DAP12 相互作 用。 |
